Prices
The cost of participating in Vildbjerg Cup consists of a team fee and a participant fee per player/coach/official. One coach/official per team participates free of charge.
The team fee is paid upon team registration; thereafter, you have 5 days to pay the participation fees for the minimum number of participants required for the team. If the number of participants has not been registered and the participation fees have not been paid by the deadline, the team registration will be cancelled. Team fees already paid will not be refunded if a team registration is cancelled.
Players can be added or removed online up to and including Thursday, July 22.

Important information - Camping
Camping accommodation is based on players staying with their parents, who must book a spot at our campsites. Alternatively, players can be accommodated in communal tents—which you must either bring yourself or rent from Midtjysk Festudlejning. Camping spots are not automatically allocated to teams; they must be booked via our camping registration system!
If you wish to stay at the campsite but do not have a group tent or parents accompanying you who have booked pitches, we recommend staying in the "Tent Village" (Teltbyen) instead. The Tent Village is centrally located by the football pitches, ensuring you are close to matches, dining areas, and events.

Team entry deadline is 15th May.
The final deadline for registering participants and paying the participation fee is May 15. However, late registration is possible up to and including July 22.
Please note that we may close the online reporting at an earlier date if more than 700 teams have been subscribed.
